Open Source crits Msoft for XXX Damage

Ubuntu slows very very very badly [like running winxp on a PII] when i tested it with MC VP2007.
I am testing now VirtualBox which is a nice open source freeware i found on the net and so far its working great, the only thing that annoyed my that it captures my keyboard even when i am minimizing it unless i press the "Host" key [default right ctrl].
I found this prog on www.virtualbox.org ...
hope u guys try it and gimme ur ideas :D
