I don't know this movie looks a little fake to me, it just feels that way. Although it might seem to be impossible since he's a kid, but actually it is possible because it's a kid. As you saw, he has totally memorized the song thus it's just a matter of practicing until he got it so perfectly. I can talk about this all day but I guess that's enough. Pretty amazing video I guess.
