[Linux] Is this really possible?

Some japanese guy says he can make ur linux PC boots in at most 15 seconds ....
I personally find it hard to believe... but this vid gave me /stun

    My Mac boots up in about 15 secs. You can make windows boot up pretty fast too if you turn off someone of the crap they have on.

    well mac OS is designed specifically for the computer hardware itself. no wonder it is optimized close to perfectly.
    BUT ... having a P3 boot faster than my new Pentium D 3.4GHz, 2G DDR ... this sure is something...
