Fiber Optics, A Dream Comes True!?



i just noticed this today, a new label indicates something related to communications.
so, could this be the Fiber Optics Service from the Ministry on Communication has been activated?

    fom what i've heard south surra FINALLY have thier fiber optics phonelines.
    enshalla ma boga shay for ishbelya .. it will be for sure between 5 and 15 years :P
